Anant Plaza has 7-8 buildings in close proximity of each other in the DLF Phase 3 area. Most of the tenants work in MNCs or are college students. It is not lacking in any facility. The rooms are available for sharing as well as living alone but the price is higher for the latter.
A lot of the rooms may not be up to the mark so insist on checking a few rooms before choosing one. Also the administration and housekeeping is sloppy, which is frustrating at times.
They also require all tenants to undergo a police verification, which can be a headache but does provide extra security.
