A lot of things annoy me this days and Wattpad is just one of them.  The way people are ready to do ANYTHING to get one more follower, one more vote. It's all so pathetic if you think about it. Wattpad is supposed to be a place for people to write and share their work with other people. It isn't supposed to be about followers and votes, all that must matter is a good book. If you have more followers than me, that doesn't make you a better writer. Same goes for the other way around. When I first discovered Wattpad, I truly believed it would become my safe place. All Wattpad did to me was kill my confidence about my writing skills, show me how ugly even  "writers" could be. I found myself begging for votes and talking to people I didn't want to talk to. It is truly pathetic. I never thought I would fall so low.  In my opinion, Wattpad doesn't help writers, it kills them.  All the fight and disappointment you meet on your way...writing isn't supposed to be like that. Why do all the plastic stories, with no real effort put into and sometimes no talent whatsoever  get more votes and fame then the ones with pure words and actual magic? I have seen so many good ones in this site and more then half of them stay undiscovered. I just wish Wattpad was about good writing, not fame. I simply wish all the good writers I met didn't quit because of the lack of votes and comments. I wish people would vote for book they would buy.
Because in the end, Wattpad is nothing close to the real writing. 
In the end we all get tired of it and then we leave Wattpad with broken dreams and low confidence. Sometimes even with despise for  writing itself. 
One more thing: Please, don't be pathetic and don't delete your work just because it's not famous. That reason is no close to enough. And it should never be. 
Btw - It's also pathetic to hate gays/lesbians and so on.
