POEM FOR THE CHILDREN WHO DIED IN THE NEWTOWN, CONNECTICUT SHOOTING...

I felt driven to write this poem for all the children who sadly passed on and to hopefully give hope to their families, God Bless them all xxxx

That tragic day when lives where stole

Teachers and children just five years old

It breaks my heart to understand

The acts of but a mere man

There are no words to justify or

Reasons why we shouldn’t cry

But hold on tight and don’t let go

There’s something that we all must know

It seems a loss to all the world

But Heaven gained a boy and girl

They’ve spread their wings and flown up high

Their beauty reins from within the sky

As they look down, they smile and say

Hold on tight till we meet again someday

To Heaven’s beautiful angels in the sky, rest in peace xxx
