Ambulance and a bunch of polices got to the seen then climbed down the embankment where the car was Ethan's side was blocked by a tree
"We have to get her out first" the paramedic said
"But he looks more critical" the other paramedic said
"We can't get to him the tree is blocking his door we have to get her out to get him out" the paramedic said
They opened her door and slowly took nevaeh out putting a neck brace on her and putting her on a stretcher then they slowly took Ethan out
"Oh my gosh " the periodic said
"What's wrong" paramedic said
"He's Ethan Dolan as in David Dolans son the next mafia leader our boss" the paramedic said they both gulped and took him up on the stretcher into the ambulance rushing them to the hospital the police called there families
-at the hospital
"What do we have" the doctor said as they took nevaeh out to of the ambulance
"17 year old female head trama ,fractured ribs pulse is weak ,has been unconscious since we got there" the paramedics said then the other ambulance came
"19 year old male head trauma Collapsed lung internal bleeding and may have a spin injury has been unconscious since we got there"
"He stop breathing" one doctor said
"Start chest compressions get them in now!"
One of the doctors got on top of Ethan and did chest compressions as they took him to center stage they passed by the Dolan and Johnson families heyes and jack were there too
"Oh my god" devyn said as her eyes got watery
"Ethan answer me bro!"grayson yelled the nurse stopped them
"You can't go we have to let the doctor do there job"
"What's wrong with our son" his father asked
"Your son stopped breathing we're trying to get a pulse back"
"My baby" his mother cried Grayson just stood there shocked
"What about my daughter" her father asked
"She's in a critical state as well but she is breathing we need the parents to sign here so we can take them into surgery"the nurse said
"He's breathing now" another nurse yelled that was at the resentían table they all sighed in relief and there parents the signed the papers
"Save my son I don't care how much it cost understood" his father said the nurse quickly nodded
"We lost him again!" The doctor yelled the doctor cut his shirt open and shocked him his heart started beating again
"We need to insert a breathing tube he keeps going into shock" the doctor said they nodded and inserted the breathing tube
"She needs one two her pulse is getting weaker" the other doctor said and inserted a breathing tube in nevaeh
"Take them to get surgery ASAP" the doctor yelled and they peeped them and took them to the area for surgery
-6 hours later after surgery
"There out of surgery you may go visit them in there rooms there on the top floor our private area the doctor will be with you in a second" the nurse said
There families went to there rooms Nevaeh's parents and devyn and kayden went to her room and Ethan's parents and gray went into his room heyes and jack stayed outside with the guards

Her family walked in and saw her hooked up to different monitors ,neck brace and a breathing tube her mom cried and so did devyn
"You got to wake up princess" her dad said holding her hand
"My little girl you have to be strong" her mom said
Then the doctor asked in
"What's wrong with my daughter"
"Your daughter hit her head pretty hard the impact of the car rolling down affected her a lot I'm sorry to tell you mr.Johnson but your daughter is in a coma and I don't know when she'll wake up" the doctor said her mom and devyn cried

His mom sat next to him crying and Grayson looked sad
"You got to wake up bro please" Grayson said
Then the doctor walked in and saw Ethan with a lot of monitors and I've hanging, neck brace and a breathing tube
"Hello mr.Dolan" the doctor said
"I'm paying you good money so tell me if my son is going to live" his father said
"Your son is a strong boy he stopped breathing multiple time but he always came back we stopped his internal bleeding and his collapsed lung"
"So why isn't he waking up and why did you shove a tube down his throat" Grayson asked
"He is not breathing on his own yet it's to help him breathing to keep him alive"
"S-so he's dead" gray asked
"No see Ethan is alive his heart is beating he just can't breath on his own yet but your son hit his head on the window shattering it and also hit his head in the steering wheel the airbag didn't inflate in time, his brain expanded with air causing Ethan to be in a coma and the impact from the car caused a fracture in his spin that..."the doctor stoped
"That what what will happen to my son!" His father yelled
"That may leave your son paralyzed from the neck down"
"No my brother can't be paralyzed" Grayson said with tears
"We took him to surgery to firs his spin but we won't know if we will be able to walk until he wakes up and since he's in a coma it could take days months or even years for him to wake up"
