Chapter 2: Ray's House

Ray's PoV:

   I tried my best to stand up straight, but I failed. I was so weak in my legs, I almost fell. Then what felt like a cloud caught me and laid me down slowly,

Norman: Are you ok Ray? I was only messing with you...

Me: oh- ummm no, I'm sorry for falling out of nowhere-

Norman: here lemme help you up Ray...!

He put out his hand so I took it...he pulled me up and I could feel blush on my cheeks. 'Not know feelings stop it' I thought

Norman: Ray I'm sorry...I didn't mean to make you faint

Me: oh it's fine really...but I ummm 'crap why am I so awkward now'

Norman: you still look a little bit pale- ummm do you have a car?

Me: yes, yes I have a car

Norman: oh well that's great! Is it ok if i could drive you home...just to be safe...

Normans PoV:

   'Wow he actually fell- I was not expecting that. Wait! If he tries to drive home like this he could get in a crash...'

Me: you still look a little bit pale- ummm do you have a car?

'Where am I even going with this?'

Ray: yes, yes I have a car

'Oh that's good...'

Me: oh well that's great! Is it ok if i could drive you home...just to be safe...

'Wait what did I just say...?'

Ray: ummm I guess so *throws keys at me*

'Wait what?! I am so confused. What just happened?'

Me: *catches keys* ok lets go...

'Well then....I guess I'm going to Ray's house...'

-At Ray's house-

Ray's PoV:

Lizzy: were where you idiot!

Emily: not to be rude but you're 10 min. late

Nina: Are you ok Ray? *blushing uncontrollably*

Roger: Stop blushing so much Nina, he is so out of your league...

Ray: ummm thanks? Anyway I'm sorry I'm so late, I got umm held up-

Lizzy: who is that Ray? He looks like that guy in the one picture with the other girl...

Nina: yea Ray~ who is he.

Me: *uncomfortable* don't say my name like that ever again. Also His name is Norman and he is a good childhood friend...

Norman: umm hello? Ray? Who are these people

Me: Almost all of them are Lizzy's friends

Norman: Almost?

Me: *points at Nina* she's Rogers little sister and she has to be here

Norman: oh...ok then

   Three hours later, Lizzy's friends left and Norman was still there...

Me: hey umm thanks for helping me out-

Norman: oh your welcome...

Me: not to be rude or anything...but why- why are you still here?

Norman: Oh I just wanted to catch up with you...if that's ok?

Me: oh yea definitely...

   I was so happy I thought for sure he was gonna leave an I'll never see him again.
