"HEY BABE?" ROSALIE QUESTIONS assheenters her bedroom apartment
"yeah?" rudy questions as he lays in her bed along with goldie
"so my parents and siblings are planning a cook out today for cinco de mayo and they invited me, along with staying for the week" she says as she walks over to sit down in front of him
"oh cool" he chirps
"and they also invited you" she says watching as his expression changed from happy to worried
"i-i...."
"what?" she questions
"i've never met anyone's parents before, let alone spend a whole week with them. what, what if they don't like me because i don't speak spanish or because i'm not good enough?" he begins to ramble as he runs his hand through his hair
"hey, hey, hey" she chuckles softly "you're going to be fine babe. we've been dating for almost seven months. you've met my brother and both my sisters already follow you on social media, they've told me they like you. and don't lie, you speak a bit of spanish, i've taught you the basics. but not that it matters much" she chuckles softly "my parents do speak english. everything is going to be fine, i promise i'll stay by your side the entire time"

the two were just outside rosalie's parents driveway. she was about to ring the door bell but she glanced at rudy who held a nervous face. she grabs his hand and gives it a reassuring squeeze before ringing the door bell
after a few seconds later, the door was opened and they were greeted by diego. "finally" he says holding his hands out. rosalie was about to embrace him "sorry sister" he says slightly pushing her and hugs rudy
"hey brother" rudy says
"sister!" a voice chirps excitedly as they exit the kitchen
rosalie turns to see one of her older sister's, cierra
"cici" rosalie says with a huge smile, that rudy noticed, causing him to smile as well
"i've missed you" cierra squeals as she wraps her hands around her little sister
"i've missed you too shorty" rosalie chuckles softly
"hi rudy" cierra says with a smile towards the newest edition to the family
