Based on Danny Phantoms power, Bow and Dough are human at first, but they can turn into ghost. There is a difference though. Bow is the only one that can push people out of there body's to possessed them. She can even switch bodies with the other person. Dough on the other hand can capture ghost or actual people and send them to the ghost world.
