2 MONTHS LATER
its been 2 months since louis and harry saw each other and in the 2 months harry hasnt seen the kids but once and the twins dont ask for him that much and louis doesnt care anymore and anne and jay stopped calling him about seeing them and louis is at an attorneys office looking into terminating harrys parental rights since he doesnt want to be in there life the last two months and louis found another house and put his for sale and is waiting to get the keys from the real estate office
"mom" louis says as he walks into jays house
"kitchen" jay yells out at the twins run to the back yard and louis puts darcy down
"mom, i have to go im running late" louis says as he puts darcy in her swing and puts down the diaper bag
"ok is it just a check up"
"yeah i should be back in an hour" louis says as he leaves and as he walks to the there someone knocks "hello"
"i am looking for louis tomlinson" the person says
"that is me" louis says
"you have been served i need you to sign here" the deliver guy says as louis is confused and signs where is was suppose to and walks back to the kitchen
"what is the matter thought you were leaving" jay questions
"i was leaving and i just got served" louis says as he takes out his phone and cancels his appointment as he opens the envelope and starts reading the paperwork "mom its from harry he is sending me paperwork to terminate his parental rights" louis says as he starts to cry
"what" jay yells out as she gets the paperwork form louis "but i thought it was what you wanted"
"i want him to fight for them but if that is what he wants then fine and i am changing all their last names to tomlinson" louis says with anger "how could he do this to our kids"
"i dont know" jay says
"i swear i dont know what the fuck is his problem" louis says
"neither do i, mom i need to take this to john" louis says
"ok" jay says as louis walks out of the house and goes to his attorneys office and soon walks in
"hey louis how can i help you" john says
"well harry just served me with parental termination papers" louis says
"oh" john says surprised "well its what you wanted"
"i did but i never thought he would serve me i thought he would fight for them but then again he hasnt seen them in 2 months" louis says
"Ok well let me take a look and we can respond" john says as louis gives him the paperwork "wow he wants to completely erase them from his life, he is also giving you 5 million dollars to help with the care and raising of the kids"
"no tell him i dont want his money my children are not for sale, i just want him to sign and leave us alone and file a restraining order against him for 5 years" louis says with anger "and start the petition to change the kids names to tomlinson"
"ok i will get started on all this right now and file before the end of the day" john says
"i only want him to pay court cost and attorney fees other than that i want nothing from him we dont need him" louis says
"ok i will let you know when i hear something" john says
"thank you" louis says as he leaves and goes to his car and starts to cry and a few minutes later louis takes a deep breath as he starts driving back to jays house and walks in
