Chapter 2

I quickly turned to see who was tapping me on my shoulder. It was Kevin.

"What do you want?" I asked rudely.

"To walk you to class." He replied

Was he serious? I began to blush at the thought.

"Wait a minute are you blushing?" He laughed

"I...uh....no." I stuttered

"It's either you're a tomato or you are blushing."

"Well I'm definitely not a tomato."

"Awwww you are blushing. I knew you liked me ever since you dropped your books on purpose."

"Who said I liked you?" I questioned.

"No one. I just knew."

"Whatever are you going to walk me to class or what?" I asked

"Excited much? I know you like me but I didn't know you were desperate." He laughed.

"Fine don't. Goodbye." I left as he began to follow me.

"Move." I pushed him.

"Never. I'm staying next to you."

I tried to push him but he wouldn't move. I accidently touched his muscles. He was strong.

"You likey?" He said

"What's there to like." I replied rudely. I was embarrassed.

"I don't like your tone."

I ignored him and went to class. I almost forgot he was in the same homeroom as me so as soon as I took a seat, he sat next to me.

"This isn't your regular seat." I told him.

"This isn't your regular seat." He mocked me in a disrespectful voice.

"I don't sound like that." I snapped.

"Don't get so offended teacup."

"What." I laughed.

"You heard me teacup." He repeated.

"Why call me teacup?" I asked.

"It's the perfect nick name for someone as tiny as you."

I was short but I wouldn't say tiny. More like small but I wasn't tiny. I was 5'3". Short for most senior girls but tall in my book.

At the moment I was eating lunch with America peacefully. That is until Kevin came with another girl

"Hey Teacup and America." He greeted.

"Who's the girl?" I asked.

"Kevin's girlfriend, Maddison, who are you?" She questioned.

I ignored her and glared at Kevin before America cut in.

"I told you to avoid him Lace." She said.

"Whatever I don't care anymore." I replied before leaving. She was right and I was heart broken. I thought he was actually beginning to like me but I guess I was wrong.

I tried to avoid him but after school he caught up with me in the parking lot.

"Lacy I can explain." He said.

"Doesn't matter I don't want you to." I replied.

"Ok fine. Can I atlease give you a ride though?" He asked.
