Something Special (Eddie x Juicy) ✔

Chapter 17

It's the next day and Juicy and Eddie are leaning against his car outside his new house, waiting for the rest of the boys to arrive

"Geez dawg, where are they? They are almost an hour late!" babbled Eddie

I looked down at my watch and just as I was about to call them for the 5th time, a car pulled up.

"Hey guys! Sooo sorry for being late, SOMEONE HAD to stop by that nearby flower shop to admire the cherry blossoms." yelled Mully, eyeing Narrator

"Hey, don't blame me! They were literally calling my name. They are so pretty!" replied Narrator

"Yes, we understand that, but it doesn't mean you have to admire them for fucking 50 MINUTES!" yelled Josh from the backseat

"Enough with the flowers! We lost a lot of time waiting for you guys and we need to get all of this furniture inside before tonight" shouted Eddie

The boys climbed out of the car and Juicy opened the door. They each carried in a few boxes and placed it on the stairs

"Wait, before we do anything..." said Juicy before slapping Narrator right across his face

"What the hell?!" yelled Narrator

"Hey, I don't break promises" laughed Juicy before placing his last box on the floor

"Holy shit! This place is huge!" shouted Josh, spinning around to face the stairway

Juicy smiled and threw a black beanbag onto the floor

"DIBS!" shouted Mully before belly flopping onto the cushion

The boys broke out laughing and brought the last few boxes inside. Juicy and Narrator began mounting the cupboards and shelves while Eddie, Mully and Josh sorted out the couches and tables. It was pretty quiet at first so Josh decided to play some music.

"Aww yeah dawg! This is my jam!" cheered Eddie before running into the middle of the room and breaking out into all kinds of crazy dance moves

The others couldn't help but fall onto the floor and burst out laughing. Narrator even began to cry

Juicy on the other hand, was laughing his ass off but also enjoyed watching Eddie dance like that. It was so funny but also pretty cute

"Oi, lover boy, better stop staring before your cheeks turn red again" whispered Mully

Juicy blushed even more when Eddie turned around and realized that Juicy was enjoying the show quite well

"Hmm... can't handle all this cake hey Juicy?" laughed Eddie before dramatically slapping his own butt "Just you wait until I break it down at the party tonight"

Juicy's cheeks were about to shine bright red until Josh interrupted them

"Oh yeah! About the party, when Juicy returned to the office, Swagger told us that we can bring a friend or guest with if we want."

"Oh cool, I'll bring my roommate Ayden then. He loves to party" uttered Narrator

"I might as well bring my girlfriend. We haven't gone out to a party like that for ages" said Mully

"Yeah, same here! What about you Eddie?" asked Josh

Everyone turned their head towards Eddie, including Juicy; waiting to see who his special guest will be

"Umm, I guess I might as well bring along Gabby. We're pretty tight"

The happy, laughing expression on Juicy's face was suddenly broken by Eddie's answer. He totally forgot about Gabriela. Now realizing that Eddie will probably hang out with Gabby at the party and the only time Juicy has with him was during classes, really hurt him.

"Oh great! So who are you going to bring along, Juicy?" asked Josh

"Umm, no one I guess. But it's cool, I'll just talk with whoever I run into at the party" replied Juicy, slowly standing up with a box in his hand

"Wait, where are you going" asked Narrator

"We still have a lot of boxes to unpack, you know? We shouldn't waste anymore time!" answered Juicy, cutting open one of the boxes

"Your shoulder, be careful!" said Mully

"Whatever! Now get up and start working!" shouted Juicy

From the many years they've been friends, whenever Juicy has that sudden raise in his voice, shit gets serious and no one should disturb him or argue back. Of course, they understood the reason he was mad but decided not to bother him any further.

Josh turned off the music and the room went back to complete silence. You could feel the tense and awkwardness rise in the room yet no one said anything. Juicy continued to mount the last few cupboards on the wall, away from the boys. It was easier to hide the broken and angry look on his face that way.

A few hours later, the couches, cupboards and the major electronics were all sorted. Juicy asked to finish the beds and curtains by himself.

"I am exhausted!" mumbled Mully, slowly climbing back into the car

"Well you better not be too tired. In 2 hours time, you'll need that energy again!" shouted Josh

"Will you both shut up? You're going to give me a headache. I really need something to eat and a huge nap right now" joked Narrator

Narrator closed his door and they head off. Now it was only Eddie and Juicy outside

"So, you're excited for later dawg?" asked Eddie

"Yeah, I guess.." softly replied Juicy

"Hey" said Eddie, placing his hand on Juicy's shoulder "What's been going on with you? And that whole thing earlier when you yelled, what was that about?:"

"It's nothing, OK! I'm just tired and stressed about this whole moving thing. Now you better get home and pick up Gabby before she leaves herself!" shouted Juicy, aggressively removing Eddie's hand off from his shoulder

Eddie, shocked and kind of sad by Juicy's sudden aggression towards him, stayed quiet and climbed into his car. As Juicy watched him leave the driveway, a small tear ran down his cheek

"Fuck, I'm such a jealous asshole"
