Cha 23.) Changes Made

(Kirishima's POV)

We got out of the car and headed for the beach.
Bakugo's mom was making jokes the whole way there.
I was walking next to Bakugo until I accidentally bumped into someone.
I fell onto the ground and heard Bakugo yell.
"EY, WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GOING!"
The guy looked down at me ignoring Bakugo and put his hand out.
"I'm Kamanari, sorry about that!"
He said smiling.
I grabbed onto his hand and he pulled me up.
"It's fine."
I said.
Another guy came up behind him, his hair was black and he was taller than all of us.
"Hey, is Kamanari causing you trouble?"
He asked leaning his arm onto Kamanari's shoulder making hard for him to stand.

"Yeah, he shoved my friend onto the ground."
Bakugo said.
"Katsuki, lets calm down."
His mom put her hand on his shoulder.

"It's honestly fine, he said sorry."
"See Sero, they like me."

He said pushing his arm off his shoulder.
"I'm not sure if.. That's what they meant.."
Kamanari ignored the Sero guy and ran for the water.
"Come on guys!"
Kamanari yelled.
Was he talking to us too?
I was about to run with them as Sero followed Kamanari but I the turned around.
Bakugo wasn't moving.

"Katsuki, come on, it would be good to make friends."
His mother said smiling.
He sighed and followed.

We went towards the shore and placed our towels, we took off our shirts laying them on our towels.
I turned around and saw Kamanari waving at us to come in.
I turned to Bakugo who looked annoyed and pulled his arm.
I pulled him into the water and splashed him.

"Come on, why are you down all of a sudden man?"
I asked.
Suddenly my back started stinging.. A lot.
I just clenched my teeth and smiled awkwardly.
Bakugo turned to Kamanari who gave us a derpy smile.
"So you're that kid.. From school who.."
Sero pointed to me and then stopped turni to Bakugo.
I could assume he was glaring at him and changed the subject.

"So, you go to our school. I'm Kirishima and this is Bakugo!"
I said introducing me and Bakugo.
"Yeah.. And nice names."
Sero said.
"God, this is boring! Come on let's swim!"
Kamanari complained jumping onto Sero.
I laughed at how Sero stood still not falling over as Kamanari fell into the water.
Kamanari rose up again and pulled him.
"Come.. ONnnNnnNnNNNnn!"
He yelled.
"So.. Wanna be friends.. Because I don't wanna have to deal with him on my own for any longer.."
Sero said as Kamanari's hand slipped from Sero's arm and he fell into the water.

"What an idiot.. And sure."
Bakugo said giving him a half smile.
I nodded.
Kamanari seemed like fun.. Just way too energetic for his own good.
He rose up from the water again.
"So.. Are we just standing here all day..?"
Kamanari asked.
Sero dunked Kamanari's head into the water and swam off.
Bakugo followed and so did I.

"GUYSZZZ!"
He yelled waving for us.
"He has all that energy but he swims as slow as a turtle."
Sero said laughing.

"Yea, he does."
I stopped swimming at it was starting to get painful for my wrist.
Bakugo turned to me stopped.
"You alright?"
He asked concerned.
"Yeah, I just need a break.."
I said.
"I'll com-
"No, stay here. Have fun I'll come back in later."
I said walking to the shore.
Bakugo stayed with Kamanari and Sero but glanced every few minutes to me.

"So, you and my son are friends, no more crazy stuff?"
Mitsuki asked.
"Yeah."
I said closing my eyes laying on the towel.
"That's nice."
She said.
"He's not really fond of people.. Maybe it was just out of pity.. But he's never been this open and normal around someone.. Not even Izuku."
She said sounding a bit sad.
"I'm glad you came into his life, even with all the crazy shit that happened.. I think.. You changed him. He was really sad after Izuku's death but you made him smile again, thank you for that."

I then drifted off into sleep.
I didn't know I made him.. Happy.
