I quickly tried to qualm my aggravation, maybe I just left something in her car. I thought to myself trying to rationalize why she were there, which still did not explain the other two behind her.

"Can I help you?" I asked, trying to keep my emotions in check. She reached out her hand, instinctively making me put out mine, and she dropped the 5 dollar bill that I had put in the cup holder, onto my open palm. "I couldn't in good conscience take this, it was because of me that you missed the bus, plus I still stand with what I said earlier about it being a moron thing."

At this point I was dumbfounded, she had not only basically come back at Sunset to give me back $5 which she could have waited till tomorrow to give back to me. But she wasn't like most people where they would have kept the money, it being free money, she actually blamed herself for the situation. She felt like she had to take responsibility. When in truth it was just an accident that she made up for by driving me home. I mean she could have left me at the school, and I would have had to walk home in the rain. I was really starting to like her more and more. Maybe it was because she was a kindred soul.

I guess she could tell I was shocked, because she started laughing." You're not used to people actually being decent are you? " she said while laughing. I just smiled, she was befuddling me at every turn. "So what about those two, why are they with you? " I said pointing to Sam and Marcus who were rough housing right behind her.

"We ran into her up at the gas station, when she said that she was coming to see you we decided to tag along. She was really reluctant at first, but when we started following the car she took pity on us and let us ride since it was raining. She said we looked like drowned rats." Marcus said, while having Sam in a head lock. Harmony just sighed and shook her head.

"Well I guess we will see you at school tomorrow." She said twirling her keys in her hand and turning to leave. Just then a torrent of rain came falling from the sky and crashing to the earth. I didn't feel comfortable with them leaving and it raining as hard as it was.

"Actually do you guys want to come inside, it's raining pretty hard? " I asked, " I mean unless y'all think I'm a serial killer." I said stepping aside allowing them entrance into the house.

"Well if you insist, there are worse ways to go than dying by a pretty girls hand." Harmony said walking in. Her comment for some reason made me blush. Sam and Marcus followed close behind.

"If you guys don't mind giving me a few seconds and change, in the meantime make yourselves at home. " I said running up the stairs, " and if you are wet do not sit on the couches." I heard a groan come from the living room from who I was guessing was Sam or Marcus. As quick as I could I threw on my pajamas and made my way back downstairs. As I walked into living room I saw Harmony sitting on the couch, and say my Marcus sitting on the floor with a grouchy look on their face.

"Y'all can turn on the TV if you want to, I got to call the take out place to see where my food is." When no one made a move I grabbed the remote and turned on the TV, and tossed it to Harmony, silently telling her to choose something. Silence in the house freaked me out.
Walking back into my kitchen I grabbed the house phone and called the Chinese place. The same woman picked up the phone and then reassured me my order was on it's way.

I felt bad at the thought of eating in front of other people and not offering them anything, I started to shift threw the take out menus that were still on the counter, until I found one for pizza. I could always put my takeout in the fridge and eat it in the morning for breakfast.
I placed the order and walked back into the living room to find that someone had put on the wrestling channel. Harmony just pointed at the two men completely engrossed in the show. "I ordered pizza I hope that's ok with everyone." I said.

"You didn't have to do that." Harmony said smiling at me, while the boys cheered for pizza. 'Men are truly simple.' I thought to myself as I shook my head at their childish, yet charming reaction to food.

The door bell rang, making everyone in the room jump at the unexpected noise. "Must be the Chinese." I said making my way to the door. This time it was the delivery guy. I paid for the food, gave the guy a tip and closed the door. Quickly I rushed to the kitchen and put it in the fridge so I wouldn't have the temptation of eating it, then made my way back to my guests.
