Before we get into the forms, some simple rules or payments I just want to emphasize.

Please complete payment when your cover has arrived.

I only do this when I have free time.

※ YOUR BOOK MUST BE POSTED/PUBLISHED.

※ YOUR BOOK MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 CHAPTERS.

※ YOU CAN ONLY FORM ONE BOOK.

※ NO COVER HOPPING.
Cover Hopping is when you go from graphic shop to another and then get all the covers like a collection. I have had experiences of requestors doing this and they end up not using my cover. (You can at least put it up for two weeks if you got tired of it.)

※ PAYMENTS

No, you won't pay me with literal money, (Of Course). XD
