She tries to cheerup Sarah and advices her to check her work twice because its very critical
Sarah goes back to her home with tears in her eyes.

Kelly: Boss I know you are angry over Sarah but she is a little kid and she is learning. I have adviced her to be cautious next time but I believe you were too harsh on her today
James: Kelly are you done talking

James: You can go out now
I know my work. Dont teach me how to do it

James feel a little guilty
May be he was actually too harsh on her
She is soo young, half his age
He has more job experience than her age
James call Sarah but she doesnt respond even after multiple calls
Which makes James feel even more worried
He checks the clock and its 9:00pm
James in his mind: She shouldnt be sleeping right now its too early. What if she tried harm herself. These teenagers do that
No! No! She wouldn't do that
James tries to divert his mind but he is constantly worried
He checks the employee information document in his phone takes out her address
