San had been sort of distant lately. You had noticed it when his childhood friend had come back into town a few weeks back. He would always cancel plans that you had together. He had even forgotten your birthday which was a couple days beforehand - although you hadn't mentioned it to him as it just upset you too much but, for the first time in weeks, San had finally agreed to a plan and hadn't cancelled it. You both agreed to meet each other at the local cafe for a coffee to talk about your day and just spend time together.
You awake from your sleep, stretching as you hear a few bones click, groaning a little as you yawn, sliding yourself out of bed as you go to the bathroom, having a quick shower and sorting yourself out before heading back to your bedroom, slipping on the casual clothes that you had picked out the night before, styling your hair and grabbing a small bag to place all your essentials inside - your phone, wallet and keys - before heading out the front door, taking the short walk to the cafe.
As you arrive you smile, seeing San stand up to greet you, bringing you in for a hug. As he pulled away from the hug, he planted a soft kiss to your lips, smiling as he took a seat. "I'm so sorry I've been cancelling a lot recently honey," he spoke softly as he passed you over a coffee that he had purchased for you, "Hey, I understand you're busy. A life of an idol is a busy one," you say with a smile as you remove your jacket, thanking the male for the drink as you take a sip of it.
As San removed his jacket, you notice a bruise on his neck, although as you look at it more, you realise that isn't a bruise at all, it was a hickey, "San... what's that?" you ask him in a calm manner as he gulps, rubbing his nape as he tries to speak, "You know what, I don't want to know. It makes sense why you've been distant now. Goodbye San," you say calmly as you gulp down the lump in your throat, standing up as you look at him, "I hope she was worth it," you say as you grab your jacket, sighing as you walk out of the cafe, letting the tears fall down your cheeks as you walked.
