Section A. -The Dukedoms. The dukedom is the highest rank of nobility a family can attain after years of unwavering loyalty to the Crown. In return, they are expected to responsibly sustain the welfare of the whole country. A house may be considered for dukedom ennoblement under these conditions:
1. The family has been an earldom for at least twenty (20) years.
2. The family has an accumulated net worth of more than twenty (20) million Nemertean pesos.
3. The family has considerable territorial influence. They should have:
a. hacienda(s) measuring up to at least six thousand (6000) hectares as a whole.
b. a strong army within the legal number of man- and manmade power.
c. loyalties with minor, or developing earldoms.
4. The family has a rich history of complete and undeterred loyalty to the Crown.
Section B. Current Dukedoms. Issued 12 Nov 2198
There are currently five dukedoms in the Kingdom of Nemertea.
Edwardine (ennobled 2094)- Department of Financial and Monetarial Affairs
Daremia (ennobled 2094) - Department of Law and Security
Larozza (ennobled 2100) - Department of Medicine and Public Health
Aleazar (ennobled 2143) - Deparment of Agriculture
Santos (ennobled 2147) - Department of Education
