Dear school,

I'm tired of holding lies beneath my throat,
It's even hard to swallow its words,
What's the pleasure you find in commanding me to calculate for X and Y,
When both are still seen smiling in the equation?

I'm tired of hearing that the headmaster
is my friend,
When he slaps me loosely on the back,
And reminds her on the buttock,
Sadly, the guidance counselor is not always available

I'm not tired of studying,
But still have problem on every test,
You made me believe that school means "Success",
But I am clothed and clouded in teary colors

Dear School,
Why did you use the protractor to measure her angle?
The ruler to measure her vertical and horizontal axes,
What's pleasure you find in underwriting her projects?

Why did you allow sex for grades?
Even a boy flowering kisses to a teacher,
Why did you lie to me all these years?
That you were strong enough to instill discipline

Dear School,
Why did you wake me up every morning,
When sleep called me back,
You told me that degree is everything,
But zero holder is celebrating with success

Honor students are success students,
But back yard wears the smile of Bill Gates,
While we work for them tirelessly day and night in these streets,
Why have you lied?

Algebra will be taught everywhere,
Until I saw you ripped off agatha's bra,
Teaching matrix and its determinates,
Woe unto you!

Why did you accept bribe from students' pocket?
Must you sell your pride for nickel or dime?
Why did you harass aunty ma's children?
Assignment loaded with some dollars

Dear School,
Are you a school?
To whom shall we go?
When you have failed us,
Grades are meant for sex, bribe, and lovers
