*So I had to write this poem for English class with a rhyme scheme that involves the Fall. Everyone loved it so I hope you guys too!*
It's funny how this season reminds me of you
The leaves fall from the trees in the same way that I fell for you
It withered and faded as time went on
But I kept it alive till the colors were gone
I was in too deep to leave, the love was too vain
You left me broken, never to be sane
Stepping on me like a pile of leaves
I was dead to you like the forgotten leaves
You regret it now, I was the best you had
I'm gone from your life and I'm glad
Now you're just a memory and heartache
