Ray POV
I rolled out the bed grabbing my phone already irritated, I drug myself into the bathroom doing all hygiene related things. I looked down at my phone after washing my face to see Deejay sleeping.
"Deejay?"
"Hm" he answered raising his eye brows cracking his eyes open making me smile.
"I gotta get ready for school" I said smiling at him.
"Ight Baby boy, I love you call me later" he said smiling.
"I love you too, and Ok" I said hanging up.
So quick back story, Deejay is my first love we stopped talking due to long distance he moved away because of military, but he came back in my life and I really wanna be with him, but he encourages me constantly to move on until he comes back which is in 2 months, plus I want him to be my first.
I got dressed grabbing my air pods, and book bag going to my car.
Once I made it I connected to Bluetooth blasting "Stretch You Out" by Summer Walker, I pulled up after ten long minutes, I rolled my eyes at the sight before me...the fucking school.
I walked in going straight to my locker meeting Eláni there.
"Hey bitch!" She said looking up from her phone
"Sup Láni" I said laughing
"You talk to your lil manz this morning ?"
"Yeah" I said blushing a little opening my locker.
"You love you some deejay"
"Shut up.." I said laughing
"You need to get you some suavey" she said pointing.
"He's straight.." I said looking him walk through the halls talking to his friends.
"Heading straight towards gay.. look at how he's always staring at you watch" she said folding her arms.
"Wassup" sauvey said nodding his head back staring at me.
"Hey" I waved slightly smiling at him
"Magic" láni said walking away.
"Bitch wait on me.." I said running to catch up to her.

"Overall Make sure you keep the compass still, and at the same span if not you'll mess up the entire process" My Geometry Teacher said sitting back down, I took notes looking over to see Eláni knocked out, she's passing with a 98% I'm struggling to maintain a 80%.
I felt a quick vibration, I pulled my phone out seeing a text from Deejay.

"Wouldn't you agree ray?" My teacher called me out, I put my phone away quickly.
"Oh yes sir I'm sorry" I said folding my lips.
"Ooh you got caught.." Eláni said laughing as the lunch bell rang.
"Bitch when did you wake up?" I said smiling as we walked out the classroom.
"I wasn't sleep my eyes lids were tired"
"What-" I bumped into sauvey making him drop his phone
"Damn.." he said looking down at then back up at me.
"I-I'm s-sorry" I said as he picked up his phone, and it was shattered.
"Fuck" he said under his breath.
"I'll pay for it, I'm sorry" I repeated
"Nah Nah it's okay" he said walking away wiping his face.
"Ray? You ok?" Láni said
"Y-yeah I should've been paying attention" I said walking to the cafeteria scratching my head.

"Damn what happened to your phone?" Dayshawn asked shaking his head.
"I bumped into yo girl best friend" I said taking a deep breath.
"Talking bout ray ray?"
"Yeah" I said looking up at him.
"He ain't mean to Bro I stg he cool af" dayshawn said looking shocked
"I can tell he offered to fix it.."
"And..?"
"And I just was like don't worry bout it, it's time for a upgrade anyway"
"Well until you get that upgrade it's good to have it fixed"
"Nah it's cool"
"You ready?" Dayshawn said grabbing the basketball.
"Yeah" I said getting up walking onto the court.

"What's his number?" I asked Láni
"I'm dating his homeboy, why would I have his number?"
"True, What's his Ig?"
"I think you should just surprise him with another one.." She said smiling
"What's his favorite color?" I asked walking to my car.
"Once again, I'm-"
"Dating his homeboy yeah yeah I get it.." I finished her sentence unlocking my car.
"I'll go buy him one and just give it to him tomorrow"
"Call me and let me know how it goes" she said getting in her car.
"Okay" I said pulling out the school parking lot.
