"I'm so tired," Rosalie complains, stretching her arms and plopping on the mattress.

Since they are the only girls in the house and there isn't much place, Rachel, Veronica, and her share the same room, while the boys also share one, just next to theirs.

"My stomach is so full, I don't know how I did to eat that much."

The younger girl laughs, dropping next to her, "Abuela's food. Always does that."

"Yeah, well you better not throw up on the bed, that's where I sleep," warns Veronica who's only now changing herself in her pajamas.

It's actually past 10.PM and most of the family members are asleep, but not the girls. They decided to do a sleepover. Well, sort of. They just chatter, trying to keep a low volume level, not wanting to wake up all the adults.

"Anyway, Rosalie, don't fall asleep, and don't throw up, I have a confession!" Sputters Rachel, shaking her fist excitedly.

The older girl, now curious about what the brunettes have to say, looks at her with interest.

"Ronnie, you remember that guy who lives next to the small grocery shop?"

"Which one? The one with the car or with the tattoos?" Asks her sister, arching one eyebrow, not quite understanding what these men have to do with her little sister. Not something too bad she hoped.

"None. The one who lives with his uncles. Leo."

"So? What's up with him?" Questions Rosalie, feeling lost with all the names. Plus she really wanted to sleep but Rachel was keeping her awake for her little confession, which she still did not say.

if it wasn't for the lack of light in the room, Rosalie swears she would have seen the so extroverted Rachel blushing.

"I have a crush on him," reveals the girl, leaving Veronica and Rosalie surprised by the news.

Surprisingly, (or not, it's Rachel after all) she doesn't look embarrassed or shy about her confidence. On the contrary, she seems even more enthusiastic than before.

The curly-haired girl slowly slips from the couch to the floor, "That's great Rachel! I mean, I guess ?" She turns to look at Veronica to see if it's good news or not. After all, she doesn't know this Leo. Though Rachel was smart enough to not fall for a complete moron, he could be some sort of idiot for all she knows.

Veronica nods at Rosalie, replacing her glasses on her nose, "he's a good kid." Then, she glances at her younger sister, crossing her arms below her chest, "what are you going to do about it? Are you planning on asking him out or..?"

Chuckling and waving her hands in nonsense, the freshman shook her head, "No need to do all that Ronnie, he's just a distraction. A summer fling, whatever you guys call it."
