The dripping of the butter, the crisp edges, the fluffy center
all connected in one endless timeline. From the early bibical
times of freedom and flat bread to the final moments shared with Jesus who took the bread
in his glorious wonderful hands and said "Take and eat".
From the days of the slavery times where
the strong young african American man devours the only meal he will have that day.
As the crumbs falls from his hands onto the land. The same land that later become the
grounds walk upon by the Jews who would take the bread in their hands knowing for some it would there last meal in this lifetime.
To the modern day table where the young children pray.
