well it can be but to me?! why me?!

what did i do to deserve this?
while i was thinking this i didn't relaise that i was still on the ground untill i felt someone pull me up by my hands.
"this cannot be, i won't stand for this" the alpha said
"too bad dad she's my mate, you know what it's like to have one" hottie said
"yes, but this is different, that thing you call a mate over there is a blood sucker" the alpha spat
before hottie could say anything i butted in
"geeze, again with the blood sucker thing, i thought we went over this already i'm half blood sucker and half witch, so if i was you i would keep that fat mouth of yours shut before you loose it!" I snapped right back but when i was done i really starting to thinki twice about it
"how dare you speak to an alpha like that" he snapped right back
"how dare i?, are you serious?, i can speak to any damn alpha anyway i want, and you know why?, because i don't belong to a pack cause i'm not a werewolf" i said
he smirked and said to hottie "you should do it soon" before he turned to me and said "are you sure about that?" but before i could say anything he turned and said a quick 'goodnight' to everyone before my parents turned to me
"well tonight you should probably sleep with your mate, Colby" mum said smiling at me before leaving with dad and tommy
"so hotties name is Colby" i muttered smirking untill i relaised i actually said it in front of HIM!
Colby started laughing and all i did was stand there with red cheeks
"oh shut up! i've had enough people laugh at me today ok?!" i said still a bit red
he still didn't stop laughing untill we both heard a scream and when i turned to see who it was we both screamed at the top of our lungs at the same time
"OH MY GOD! AHHHHHH! YOUR HERE! YOUR HERE! AHHHHHHH! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!" we both screamed running over and hugging each other
she couldn't believe it?
