This was tearing me apart inside. My father had been transferred to another country. It was wonderful for him. It meant more money and a better life for our family, but for me it was horrible. My mother can't cope over the death of my brother. She turned to alcohol and drugs. They're her family now. She's violent, always angry. She's not what a mother should be. Yes, she's hurting but... so am I.
My father wants to come home however in order for my mother to feel sane again she needs to enter a rehab facility. At the moment no one can pay.
My father feels he's doing best and he is.
But after the death of my brother and the pain I'm feeling is this how I'm meant to be? Is this what life has come to?
