Chapter 4
"How can you do this?" I asked to no one in particular.
"Do what?"
"Take a complete stranger in. I mean, I could be a killer or something. Maybe I'll end up killing you in your sleep!" I exclaimed, throwing my hands up.
"You didn't kill us last night, now did you?" Niall smirked. I rolled my eyes.
"That's not what I meant." I muttered, and put my head on the counter top.
"Let's play 20 Questions then. Scarlett edition." Louis chirped, using his arms for 'dramatic effect'.
"Uh, okay." I answered, and lifted my head up.
"Last name?" Liam asked.
"Gates." I replied.
"Birthday?"
"September 13, 1994."
Everybody stopped shooting questions and looked at Niall.
"Did I say something wrong?" I asked, shrinking in my seat.
"No, it's just; you and our little leprechaun have the same birthday." Zayn winked and squeezed Niall's cheek.
"Oh, cool!" I smiled at Niall and he returned it.
"Moving on." Harry mumbled. "Favorite singer?"
"Ed Sheeran." I responded with no hesitation. "He's like my inspiration. I got tickets to one of his concerts, but my father found out and ripped them to shreds."
"Boys, she likes Ed." Louis smirked. "Harry fill her in, won't you?"
"Indeed I will." Harry announced. "Ed and I, we're like this." he crossed his fingers.
"You're lying." I said, narrowing my eyes at him.
"Now, why would I lie about being friends with Ginger Jesus?"
"I don't know. I guess I'm just used to hearing lie after lie that is just sticks." I shrugged. "So, you do actually know him?"
Harry nodded and smiled widely.
"Oh my god!" I squealed. "You have let me meet him! I'll love you more than I already do now!"
