Remember when we where in pre-k?
We were so young,
We were inseparable.
You would tease me, and I would tease you
Two 4 year old's,
Best Friends.
Then fourth grade,
You would cheat off my paper
I would cheat off yours.
Both A students.
Still inseparable.
Then 7th grade.
I changed.
You stayed the same.
We were separated.
You started to go your own way,
and so did I
You tried to come to me,
but I pushed you away.
Now though, It's you who ignores me
I don't know you anymore
And I miss you.
I miss the little 4 year old us, the inseparable ones.
