UNEXPECTED

Chapter twenty-three- I warned you

Everything had been going good since I let River mark me and we had mated. We couldn't get enough of each other lately and I knew it would always be that way. I was sitting in Rivers office on his lap when my phone rang, Hunter was out with Rivers mom so we had the afternoon to ourselves. I picked up the phone and answered.

"Hello?"

"What did I warn you Ava? And now your mated with that bastard and you also let him mark you! Bad move. I'll see you soon my sweet Ava"

I dropped the phone in shock while River was clenching his fists. I thought the messages and calls had stopped obviously not.

"Fuck!"

"What are we going to do river"

"Don't worry baby I won't let him have you, I'll never let anyone have you or Hunter i promise. He knows a lot of stuff so I'm going to guess there's a mole in the pack. I need to find out who he is"

"What are you going to do?"

"I'm not sure yet, I'll figure it out soon though. Let's go get hunter and go home baby"

"Okay"

We collected Hunter from Rivers mom and drove to our house even though it was like a 10 minute walk but river was very on edge now and he even made us have men outside our doors so nobody could get in. He brought Hunters crib into our room and made sure every window and door was locked, my man was crazy but I loved him. Loved him! That was the first time I had said it. I need to tell him.

"I LOVE YOU RIVER" What the heck, why did I just shout that out. I smacked myself in the forehead.
River dropped whatever he was holding and stared at me.

"What"

"I do, I love you River"

"Oh baby, I've been waiting forever to hear that I'm so fucking happy. I love you too"

And we sealed it with a kiss, I just hoped we caught the traitor in the group so we could find out who was texting and calling me, If we found out we would be able to catch them and move on with our life's but until then we couldn't not until he was caught.
