15 minutes later Beth got into Kelly's car.
BETH: A body? What the fuck!
KELLY: I know! We'll know more when we get there!
BETH: I'm not staying there now! We'll need to get a new place if you don't want to stay in the ice palace!
KELLY: Beth, we'll talk about it later okay? Let's not talk til we get there! Can you do that?
BETH: Are you telling me i can't not talk?
KELLY: What!? Stop confusing me! Just shut up!
BETH: Don't you tell me to shut up! I'm not talking to you!
KELLY: Good!
BETH: What do you mean good?
KELLY: BETH!
He gave her a stern look
KELLY: Jeez! It's like talking to Rosie!
Beth never spoke all the way to the house. Everyone now and then they would steal a glance at each other! There were police cars and all sorts there and people walking around in white suits! Hank met them at the front door.
KELLY: Hank!
HANK: Thanks for getting here so quick!
BETH: Who is it?
Hank just looked at her
HANK: I'm good, but i'm not that good! It's female.
KELLY: How long do you think she's been down there?
HANK: We can't tell. She was wrapped in a bag and taped up before being buried under a ton of cement! The teeth have been pulled out though!
Beth made a face
BETH: Eugh! That's horrible!
KELLY: You wont be able to check the dental records!
BETH: Because she has no teeth?
Kelly sighed and never replied, Hank just stared at her, you know the look
BETH: See! I knew that basement was haunted! The only time I need to talk to Shaylynn and she's on a secret mission!
Kelly put his hand to his head in disbelief
HANK: What? She told you? Why would she do that?
BETH: I don't know, I'm not the Detective here!
HANK: And who have you told?
BETH: Only Kelly!
KELLY: I haven't told anyone
HANK: You might as well phone the Chicago Tribune and tell them!
BETH: I never asked her to tell me!
HANK: Do not tell anyone else! You here?
BETH: I won't
HANK: We'll need to interview the both of you. Did the previous owners give you a forwarding address?
KELLY: I'm not sure
BETH: All the paperwork from the sale of the house is in the office. Is it safe to go get it?
HANK: Yeah, take Kelly with you though, just in case another disaster happens!
