Sociopaths display antisocial behavior, that can come from environmental factors and their upbringing. There are an association between early institutionalization and becoming a sociopath later in life.

A sociopath is more nervous than psychopaths. They are more likely to be angry and throw anger fits. 

Sociopaths are spontaneous and unorganized. Therefore they are also more likely to get caught when committing crimes 

They are capable of forming quite normal relationships. When they have formed a relationship or an attachment to another person, they are less likely to harm that specific person.
