3 scoops of vanilla ice cream, 2 cups of milk, 2 Oreo cookies, 1 Chips Ahoy cookie, 1 1/2 tablespoons of caramel syrup, 1/2 tablespoon of chocolate syrup all blended together.
Put whipped cream on it after pouring it into a cup. Pour chocolate and caramel syrup over it, chocolate sprinkles, and put a Twix on top and an Oreo cookie to the side.
If you want, cut the proportions of ice cream and milk in half, it's a lot of shake.
