Not a day goes by,

Without her, I may die.

Every morning came with hope,

Rushed downstairs for a bite.

Even the annoying little things looked dope,

Drowning in her thoughts was such a delight.

Spent hours bathing in the bathroom,

Looking perfect? At least I tried.

A thought always made me bloom,

What a wonder if she was my bride.

Not a day goes by,

Without her, I may die.

Waiting in the park I made my notes,

The internet helped me to prepare.

Which lines were good, I took a vote,

Talking to her was such a dare.

There she is in her bright yellow dress,

The tulip of my life looked so nice.

Lost in her thoughts her presence is such a bless,

She's the one, no need to roll the dice.

Not a day goes by,

Without her, I may die.

With my mouth open I stood there,

Time stops when her eyes blink.

The sky went pink, love is in the air,

My throat went sore, is there water to drink?

Click-clack the closer she came,

Sweaty becomes my face.

I hope the feelings we share are the same,

The problem is, I don't know if I am in the race.

Not a day goes by,

Without her, I may die.

Unaware of how I feel,

She walked past me.

The bees can now have their meal,

The flowers I held with a purpose were now free.

Disappointed  and with my head down,

I took my steps towards home.

Hahaha, what a clown,

infected with 'what-a-douche' syndrome.

Not a day goes by,

without her, I may die.

A few steps were taken by me,

but a voice made me turn.

Are those flowers for me?

Made my smile and blush return.

There she was looking at me,

I looked at her too,

The dreams my eyes see,

Had a reflection in hers too.

Not a day goes by,

Without her, I may die.

Some steps she took,

Some were taken by me.

Thank god I had my notebook,

My writings will support me.

My heart was like a child,

Love is the only deal it knows.

And when she smiled,

The child wanted to propose.

Not a day goes by,

Without her, I may die.

An awkward silence develop

I know my body froze.

Looks like I need an envelope,

Feelings wrapped in love with a rose.

She knew how I felt,

So she said first to start.

Hearing her voice made me melt,

I just hope, I don't fart.

Not a day goes by,

Without her, I may die

The conversation went so good,

we talked and talked and talked.

We both felt hungry, decided to have some food,

The place was far, yet we walked and walked and walked.

Life seemed so simple,

Time flowed like water with her.

After a laugh, she noticed my dimple,

Things are now better than what they were.

Not a day goes by,

We both fell in love, we can't deny.
