Getting your heart ripped out of your chest is a whole other feeling. Its a bunch of feelings put into a giant slap in the face. heart break is something that makes you feel alone and makes you feel like you are broken and honestly, just plain old not okay.
Theres not much you can do, but ask your self what YOU did wrong. And that thinking can put you in a bad place. A dark place where not many people can help you.
heart break sucks. its something I wouldn't wish on my worse enemy.
