New Recuits

Chapter 3

"The Avengers?" Frank asked, clearly confused.

"You know the guys from the Battle of New York" Bobbi said.

"The guy with the hammer?" Jason asked

"That's one of them, yes." Bobbi said.

"Anyways. Do you want to join or not?"

Everyone just looked at each other and said sure.

"Great! Now I would just like to see a demonstration of your powers." She said.

We each took turns showing her our powers.

I summoned a big wave to land on Leo, but then dried him off.

Leo threw a fireball up into the air.

Piper commanded Jason to do things with her charmspeak.

Jason flew up a little bit, then struck down some lightning.

Frank changed into a bear.

Hazel started minipulating The Mist.

Annabeth drew her dagger and put on her magical Yankees cap (Which got its power back) and she became invisibile.

Bobbi just nodded. "Congratulations. You can now become members of The Avengers. We need to take you back to SHIELD HQ."

Bobbi went to talk to Chiron while we went to gather our stuff.

We walked into a building and went up onto the roof where there was supposed to be a team to take us to where we needed to go.

"Where are they?" Hazel asked.

"Over here. Come o-." Bobbi was suddenly cut off buy a gunshot.

"Stand Down!" Someone from below yelled.

There were more gunshots.

"Take cover!" Bobbi screamed.

We ducked behind some random things.

"Bobbi! That's not you're team is it?" Annabeth asked.

"No! That's the team that works against us! That's HYDRA!" She screamed.

"Quickly over here!"

She led us to the edge if the roof, but there was no one there.

"Bobbi! There's no one here!" Piper yelled.

"Just jump!" Bobbi yelled

"What?! Are you crazy?" yelled Annabeth.

"Just do it!" Bobbi replied.

All 8 of us jumped off of the roof.
