Luke's P.O.V.

I find Calum waiting outside the cafeteria for me. We walk down together and get in line to get out food.

"Hey mate, how was your weekend?"

I nod in response.

"Mine was pretty good, dude you'll never guess what I did! You know how i couldn't beat world 8 in super Mario bros? Well I beat it this weekend only to find there's a fucking world 9! How come no one ever told me..."

As Calum rambles about his video games, I notice Michael is behind us in line, staring off into space.

Calum notices what I'm looming at, and wiggles his eyebrows.

"Dude look who's behind you!"

He says excitedly. Yes Calum, I did realize the jerk I've got a crush on is right behind us, thanks for telling me.

"You should totally ask him out! I know how hot you think he is" Calum says a little but too loud. Michael looks at me.

I freeze. Fuck fuck fuck. I hope he didn't hear. This school is full of homophobic pricks. If word gets around I'll be the school faggot. They'll beat me up every day. I'll have to change my name and move to Canada. Oh fuck fuck fuck.

He smirks. "So you're gay?" Michael asks.

I shake my head vigorously but my asshole of a best friend comes in saying "yeah he is, and he's totally into you."

"Please don't tell anyone" I whisper.

It's too late. Michael begins to cup his hands around his mouth and he's already beginning to shout "Luke hemmi-"

I pull him out of the line and he stops yelling.

"Oh god please don't tell. I'll do anything, just please don't tell"

"Anything?" He grins mischievously.

I nod.

"Hmm, I won't tell... If..."

"If?" I question.

"If you do anything and everything I say, ya know, become my personal assistant. Come over to my house whenever I want, do my homework, ya know, stuff like that." He says.

I shuffle my feet. Anything this boy says... Who knows what he'll make me do...

"Everything you say?"

"Absolutely everything, otherwise, the entire school will know your little secret."

I sigh. "Alright" I say.

"Great, come by my house after school today. You've got some extra homework to do." He smiles.

With that, he walks away, and I'm left dumbfounded.

What did I just get myself into.
