I glanced at Bella and she glanced back at me. I don't think either of us wanted to spend the night. "Its fine," Bella said, grabbing my arm and jerking me out of his grip and tugging me to the door. "Bye!" she called before running out the door and dragging me behind.

I spared one last glance at them before the door closed behind us. He was still smirking, probably because I was blushing so hard! "You know, sometimes guys call us difficult to deal with, but I think it's really them," Bella said conversationally. "I know, right?" I say, glancing at the castle again before taking off with her.

The cool night breeze flew by, allowing me to think about the conversation. "I wonder what this prophecy is," I thought aloud causing Bella to stop flying and me nearly crashing into her. "Don't stop like that!" I yell angrily. She ignored me and turned, slowly. "The prophecy isn't to be taken lightly Serenity," Bella spoke softly, the breeze blowing her blonde tresses around.

"I never said it was, I just want to know why everyone is so damn secretive about it! If I am part of the prophecy, I have a right to know and I want to know now!" I was breathing heavily and she glared at me. "Fine," she spat at me with so much venom I flinched. "You want to know so I will tell you," she continued, the glare growing colder with each word she spoke.

She landed down on a cliff and I followed, eagerly but warily. She sat down on a slab of cloudstone that overlooked the skies and the world below. I sat next to her, waiting for her to begin. Then wind was picking up and I wrapped my wings around me to provide minimal warmth and a shield from the cold. "The prophecy was made a very long time ago, I think it was even before us," she said softly.

"By us, you mean the whole kingdoms?" I ask and she nodded. "The Oracle Angel had the vision and it was so strong, so great, so terrible that she died, but not before writing it down." She was silent for a moment before opening her eyes. "We were living in peace with the dark angels, even falling in love but that was before they learned of the prophecy and before they tried so hard to get it."

"They managed to get it, and this was what was written on the slip of paper:

Two Childs, born between the eye of day,

One will cause destruction, the other will

Bring salvation, by killing her sister,

Known as twins, opposite as day and night,

One will help the dark, one will help

The light, a battle will be held at midnight,

One will lie dead, her lover between her hands,

The other will go mad with sin and grief,

Killing her lover and herself on the eve of their birth.

But the problem is that no one knows if the prophecy is about you or me or both of us," Bella said, finally looking up at me. "But were not twins," I protest. "'Known as twins, opposite as day and night,'" Bella repeated. "Night," she says, pointing at my hair. "Day," she says, pointing at hers. "But how does it affect everyone else?" She pauses for a moment.

"Because, if one of us dies, then the losing side will have to bow down to the other," she says quietly, her eyes looking at something far away. "But in the end, we both die," I whisper. "We might not, some prophecies don't come true," she said in a comforting way. The look in her eyes tells me she is not telling the truth.

"What about these lovers?" I ask, trying to lighten up the mood. "I would presume that would mean Jake and Derek," she says, smiling slightly. "Jake and Derek? You mean, THEM?!" I shriek the last part. "Yes, but I only assume," she says, laughing. "Well, either way, all four of us die." We sat there in silence for awhile. "What about the day of our birthdays?" She glanced at me before standing up.

"We were born on the same day, you at night, me in the morning, but mother kept it secret because she wanted to protect us," she whispered. "But that very night, three hours after you were born, he attacked the castle, trying to get you. Mother sent you away, I was sent after, keeping my memories, for I was to watch over you." I look at her. "Why were you so mean to me?" The question hung in the air. "Because I wanted to be mean."

I glared at her before gathering a pile of cloud and throwing it at her. What followed was a very cold cloud fight which resulted in me shivering and having Bella take me out with a very good cloud ball. "We should get back, mother is going to kill us," Bella says, helping me up. We take off again; I have finally got the hang of flying, and head home.

Entering the throne room, we are squished by her hug. "Oh my beautiful girls~ I love you so much!" she squealed. "Mother, stop it! You're going to smother us to death!" Bella gasped out, struggling to free herself from mother's grip. "But I love you so much! Did that bad man hurt you? Oh, he did. Is that why you came late?" I exchanged looks with Bella.

Finally, Valeria pulled her off us. "My lady, they must be tired, you shouldn't do that." Breathing in deeply, I glanced at Bella wondering if I should tell them. She nodded slowly. "Guys, I have to tell you something," I begin.

Jake yawned leisurely as his father fought with his brother, again. "Ya know, I seriously hate noise," he said, grinning. That shut his father and brother up. "You know Jake, you shouldn't be mean," Derek mumbled. If possible, his grin grew wider. Marcus shook his head. "She's changed," he said, gaining both brothers attention.

"I hope she isn't the one of the prophecy," Derek spoke. "Which one? I watched you eye Bella," Jake says teasingly. "Well, you could not keep your hands off of her," Derek retorted, blushing. "I know." Derek glared at his brother. "You know, if you keep that grin on your face, it will be permanent." Marcus watched amusedly as his two sons bickered, again.

"Is that a threat?" Jake asked, stepping toward his brother. "Maybe," Derek answered, stepping away from his brother. "Well, I have a bond with her, it does not matter," Jake said, walking to his throne and sitting down. "I have a bond with her." Derek's mouth fell open and Marcus spit out his wine. "YOU WHAT?!" they both yelled at the same time. "How do you have a bond?" Derek nearly growled out. "Magic," Jake simply replied, conjuring a goblet of wine. "They are going to kill you." Jake glanced up, his eyes hard. "I dare them to."
