Eighteen-year-old Noelle Bond was sick and tired of life. She was a loner and had no friends, she was bullied constantly in college and she just wants out. With no one to talk to, her life gets pretty lonely and she longs to talk to someone who will listen to how she feels. As its getting closer to Christmas; someone reminds her that anything can happen so on a whim she gets an address out of a yellow pages and sends a letter that changes her life forever.
