chapter 3

CHUUS POV
I wake up with someone hugging me I look over and see the most beautiful girl ever. Yves was laying with her head on my chest and her arm around my waist. I close my eyes not wanting this to end. My room door swings open making yves and I both to open out eyes. "Get up lovebirds momma haseul made us breakfast", yeojin says while hugging her stuffed frog. I look at yves and yves  looks at me sleepily and  says " Good morning penguin", my heart melts at the nickname. Yves let's go and sits up. "Good morning yves, did you sleep well",  I asked while putting my hair up. "Honestly yes this was the best night's sleep I've had in a while, you?", she asked turning to me. " I slept well too" I said simply. 

We both head down the stairs and into the kitchen and sit with the rest of the group. " You two were last ones up huh", haseul said with a smirk. "Yeah we stayed up till like 5 or 6 talking", yves said before taking a sip of coffee.  "I see, how did you sleep?",kimlip asked. "I slept really good actually, I told chuu it was the best I slept in a while", she said resting her head on my shoulder. I smile happily and look at my bestfriend who has a mom smile on her face. We eat breakfast and decide to go down to the shopping center and  look around. We all pile into three separate cars since there are 12 of us. "Chuu come with me", yves said grabbing my hand. "No fighting over the front seat both of you are in the back since chuu is coming with us she gets front seat", she said unlocking the car.

After 30 minutes we arrive at the shopping center, we all head into a cute little boutique and look around at the clothing and jewelry. I look down and find a cute little penguin necklace, "Chuu come here look what I found", cheorry said calling me over.

YVES POV

I saw chuu looking at a penguin necklace so I wanted to buy it for her since she got me the swan. Luckily cheorry called her over so I could quickly grab it and buy it.  After paying for it I quickly put it in my purse and hide it. We move on to the next store and which ended up being a bust. We decide to go eat but since everyone wanted something different chuu and I end up alone together. We end up going to a small cafe with barely anyone in it. 

We sit and order, once the waitress leaves I decide to give chuu the necklace "Hey chuu I got you something at the boutique we were at earlier.", I said pulling the small box out of my purse. "Yves you didn't have to do that, dont waste your money on me", she said grabbing my hand. I look at her blushing and hand it to her anyways. "Please open it", I said squeezing her hand. She nods and opens it, as soon as she sees the necklace she gets up excitedly and gives me a hug and a peck on the cheek. "I love it, I got sad when it was gone earlier, can you put it on me", she said. It was so cute her reaction was like a child on Christmas, I don't even think she knew she kissed me. I nod quickly still red with the kiss and put it on her, I let my hands slowly drag down her back, she turns to look at me with her cute red face,and says  "thank you so much yves, and sorry about the kiss I was really excited". She grabs a napkin and cleans the lipstick off my face. "Its fine, you just had an adorable reaction so I didn't mind",I say tucking hair behind her ear. "Sorry to interrupt but your food is ready", the waitress says holding our plates. We sit and talk for and hour or so, whenever we talk I get lost in the conversation and if time stopped and it's just us. "Hey your sleeve has some foundation on  it", chuu says grabbing my arm. " Oh there was some makeup in one of the shops, and I wanted to see if it blended with my skin, it probably just got on then.", I lie pulling my arm back. "Do you want a makeup wipe, I dont want it to ruin your top", she asked worried. I shake my head and give a small smile.

We left the cafe after paying, it got pretty cold since we were last out, chuu shivered as soon as we stepped out I pull her closer to me while walking. We stood behind some small stores watching the sunset, thankfully I had a coat on but chuu had a small jacket on I open my coat and pull her into a hug so she is covered with my coat as well. She instantly wraps her arms around my waist and puts her head on my chest looking out at the sunset.

She looks up still hugging me, and said, "spending the day with you was amazing,I feel like we got to understand each other more, yet you are still hard to figure out", she said furrowing her eye brows together. " I have a feeling you are close to figuring me out", I said running my fingers through her hair. "Sorry into interrupt your moment but we should get going, its supposed to start raining", heejin said appearing out of thin air. Chuu quickly pulls away despite still being cold and nods. We head back to the cars and drive back to chuus home to drop her off. We pull into the drive way, we say our goodbyes but before chuu leaves I pull a pen out of my glove compartment and write down my phone number. "Call me if you want to hang out or something", I said winking. She smiles and nods rapidly. We pull away making our way home "how was your little date with chuu?", Olivia says teasing me. "It wasn't a date there were 8 other people after you two lovebirds decided to leave us, what did y'all do anyway", I ask looking at them through the rearview mirror. Both of them turn a deep shade of red. "Never mind, with the look on both of your faces I dont think I want to know", i say laughing.

We finally got home I head straight to my room and lay on my bed. Chuu almost saw my scars, I thought what if she wiped off the foundation. Chuu would probably think I'm doing it for attention. I lay there thinking about what would have happened if she saw them. I get up and start to unpack my bag, I find the swan chuu got me. "What's that?" , Olivia said walking into my room. "Dont you knock, I could have been naked", i say throwing a pillow at her. "You basically walk around the house naked, you're always in a sports bra and short shorts", she said rolling her eyes. "You aren't wrongs, and chuu got me a swan",I said hugging it. "You like her dont you?", she asked smiling.
"Well yeah shes a good person, why wouldn't I like her?", I ask sitting on the floor. "She means you like like her", gowon said walking in and throwing herself on my bed.

"No I don't, she is very sweet and and adorable but I dont think I like her like that", I said looking at them. "Then why did you cover her when Olivia said she was hot" gowon said laughing. "It was just subconsciously", I stated. "Also you were holding her hand during the movie", Olivia also pointed out. "I also hold gowons  hand whenever we go somewhere, to make sure she is safe", i say making us laugh. "Okay true, but besides that what exactly do you thinks makes chuu stand out", Olivia asks."Well her smile, her laugh, she is very thoughtful, she puts others before herself, she is just an amazing person in general", I say looking up at Olivia who had a smirk on her face. "What's with that look", I ask confused. "Nothing", she said standing up. "Gowon wake up lets go to bed", she said pulling gowon with her. With that they left my room.

CHUUS POV

I walk inside feeling like I'm floating on air. I walk into the livingroom where the other 8 girls were. "What's on your hand?", haseul grabbing it. "Hey careful its yves phone number, I dont want to lose it", I said yanking my hand back.  " I'm not sure how I feel about yves, she seems off to me", yeojin said. "What do you mean. I love her, she is so cool", cheorry says looking over at yeojin. "Well when I went into chuus room to wake them up, 1. She was all hugged up on chuu, and 2. I saw some marks on her thighs and wrists",  she said worried. "Oh my god, she lied to me", I said out loud. "What do you mean she lied to you?" Yeojin asked. "When we were at dinner I saw some foundation on her sleeve but she said she was just trying some out from a store, but now that you mention that, she was trying to hide it from us",  I said sadly. "Maybe you should talk to her ask her if she is okay", Jinsoul suggested. I nod and try to understand what would make her feel so upset to make her do that to herself. How can somebody with such a beautiful soul hurt themselves?
