Trip to the vet - Lets check up on Ruby

Y/n: "time to get up Ruby"

Y/n was on his bed, he didn't sleep because of Ruby, she was cuddling his neck and never stopped, Y/n kept feeling like he was being choked by Ruby, but Ruby kept a massive smile and snuggling closer to Y/n, Y/n started to poke Ruby to try and get her to wake up, it didn't work, Y/n tried to pull Ruby off as she hugged him tighter, he finally pulled her off as Y/n stood up and looked at the time, after putting Ruby on the bed, Ruby sat up and started to pat the bed, she didn't feel Y/n under her as she rubbed her eyes, she opened her eyes and looked around the room, Y/n walked back into the room, fully clothed and with a tooth brush, Ruby's tail wagged as she started to bark

Ruby: "WAN WAN WAN!!!"

Y/n: "Ya ya"

Y/n walked over to the bed and sat down on it, Ruby jumped on his lap and pointed to her head, Y/n complied and started to pet her, Y/n kept petting Ruby which made her extremely happy, Y/n petted behind Ruby's ear and she completely stopped moving, her tail stood up,  Y/n moved his hand away as Ruby looked sad as she grabbed Y/n's hand and placed it back on her head, Y/n started to pet her behind her ear again, but this time she had the biggest smile as Y/n thought Ruby's tail was going to fly off because of how much it was wagging, Y/n picked up Ruby and placed her to the side, Ruby jumped back onto Y/n's lap, the more Y/n moved Ruby away, the more she jumped back on,  she was having fun while Y/n started to reach for Ruby's clean clothes, Y/n grabbed them and handed them to Ruby, Ruby grabbed them and jumped on the bed, she got dressed as Y/n when to his bathroom, Ruby got changed as fast as she could and looked around for Y/n, she started to bark as loud as she could

Ruby: "WAN!!! WAN!!! WAN!!!! WAN!!!! WAN!!!"

Y/n: *from the bathroom* "I CAN HEAR YOU!!!! YOU DON'T NEED TO YELL!!!!!"

Ruby giggled as Y/n's phone went off, Ruby went over to it and tilted it her head in confusion, she saw a big green button, not knowing what to do, she pressed it

Lucy: *"Hey Y/n, it me Lucy"

Ruby tilted her again, Lucy kept talking as Ruby didn't know what she saying, something about a 'vet', Ruby then started to bark at the phone

Ruby: "WAN!!!!!!!!!!!!! WAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WAN!!!!!!!!!!!! WAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WAN!!!!!!!! WAN!!!!!! WAN!!!!!!!!"

Lucy: "Ruby? is that you? did you answer the phone by yourself?~ such a clever girl you are Ruby~"

Ruby was happy about being called 'clever' but she was still confused about why Y/n's phone was talking, she didn't understand how phones work, Lucy started to give Ruby so many complements and calling her a 'good girl', 'cute', stuff like that, Ruby started to bark as she was really happy

Ruby: "WAN!!!! WAN!!!! WAN!!!! WAN!!!! WAN!!!!"

Y/n walked into the room and saw Ruby barking at his phone with a big smile and her tail wagging, Y/n walked over and saw that Lucy was in a call with him, he picked up the phone and placed his hand on top of Ruby, he petted her and apologised to Lucy

Y/n: "sorry, I was brushing my teeth and Ruby answered the phone"

Lucy: "no worries, anyway I've just called to tell you that you need to bring Ruby to the shop for a check up"

Y/n: "what 'check up'?"

Lucy: "when you was at the pet shop two day ago, I checked you into our vets to have Ruby check up on, just to check if she need any shots or medication"

Y/n: "what other stuff will they be checking?"

Ruby struggled to get out from under Y/n's hand, when she did get out, she instantly started to bite Y/n's hand, she didn't want to hurt him, Y/n looked at Ruby nibbling his hand as Lucy started to list what the vet would be looking for
