*story noises*

a quick background thing

As one does, a couple of weeks ago my friend and I were texting back and forth like normal civilians. It was a pretty enlightening conversation of just us responding to each other with various "noises" (see: texts below ). Turned out, it ended up going in a way different direction than I think either of us expected, ending in a whole Karen-took-the-kids-type of story. I got really invested in the idea and made a short-story out of it. I tried to stick as close as I could to the texts between me and my friend, and actually really like the outcome. I made a couple other short stories with what my friend dubbed as the "story-noises crew", or the universe with the characters in this story, but this one was the original, and for some reason my favorite. 

Anyway, I hope you enjoy the story. My friend made a joke of me putting this on wattpad, but I don't think she actually thought I would do it. Turns out, I'm low-key bored and want to put this crack-head story on the internet so here we are. Putting said crack-head story on the internet. 

Because some parts of the story would probably make no sense without them, here are the texts my friend and I exchanged that were basically the backbone of this story. With them, I'm pretty sure you'll understand why this is called "*story noises*". And with that, thanks for reading, hope it's a ride. I loved writing it for some reason.
