Special thanks to all those who have submitted questions!

Now it's my turn to submit some answers!

First, I know this is the last question I received, but all the other questions have spoilers sooo... Deal with it lol ❤️

"I didn't read Lost in Translation -yet, but I'm planning to do right after my finals- I wonder what do you can tell me about it?" Chugbog

Ooooooooo exciting! Alright. The story centers around a small town, American college girl and her three "friends" on summer vacation. They want to do something exciting so they sign up for a random radio contest for some group they have never heard of. (*cough* BTS *cough*) Naturally they win and chaos ensues immediately after the plane lands at the airport. Armed with the sometimes helpful skills of Google Translate, our heroine navigates the crazy ups and downs as she learns more about all seven of the band members and the demanding lifestyles of K-Pop Idols.

And there might be a little bit of romantic tension sprinkled throughout as well. ;)

"Okay Author-Nim where'd you come up with the idea of Lost in Translation?" OrkydPangelinan

Interesting story actually, when I started writing I had no idea what the title was going to be.

I only knew who the main girl was go going to be. I knew she would only speak English and would kinda stumble into the world of K-Pop somehow. And the story would be about her navigating the challenges.

I didn't even know who the love interest was going to be. As we all know, I had pre-written several chapters before I initially published the first chapter.

At first, around chapter 2ish it was to be Jimin focused and titled Serendipity. Then I decided to work towards a Yoongi focus instead (which created the romantic triangle occurring in current chapters oooooo)

That is until Namjoon unintentionally came off super strong around chapters 3 and 5 so then the title became "The Translator".

But then I nixed that idea completely and went back to a Yoongi-ish focus.

Then I started thinking about their songs and how weird some of the translations are in English.

It frustrated me (and still does) that such beautiful songs had such awkward translations and I could only imagine how much of the song's message got... Lost in Translation...

Which led me to think of other forms of communication such as conversation and how things could get misinterpreted. Which worked well with the language barrier I was working with.

So I fell in looove with the title! And that's how the story came into its current form!

"When did you start writing??" suga_roseeee

I have always had a love for books from a really young age. I taught myself how to read when I was 3. Honestly, I own over two hundred books (roughly lol). Because of my fascination with literature, I began writing short stories and poems and even song lyrics around the age of 12.

I remember handwriting a One Direction fanfiction when I was 13... Oof it was cringey XD

I didn't start writing on Wattpad until 2014. I still have the first story I wrote on here. It's just unpublished. It's a fictional twist on my life events and titled "Infinities on High" but I never finished it. It only has 10 chapters. It's super emo and very triggering. O.O

"What inspires you to write and how do you get through writer's block??" suga_roseeee

I get inspired by reading other stories (but not steal concepts of course) music videos, fan videos, BTS memes, V-LIVE saves lives lolol. But seriously the V-LIVE helps me out soo much with character study!

As far as writer's block is concerned, I find if I take a break and "research" that really helps along with rereading previous chapters to refocus.

If I am really struggling, I find it usually can be fixed by fixing another part of the story like expanding on details that usually get overlooked. The real problem usually isn't where you think it might be when you are writing a story.

"Is it hard coming up with who says what in Lost in Translation??" suga_roseeee

Sometimes it is, character study with V-LIVE helps a lot. Plus it helps that the guys have such stark and different personalities. So I try to keep their comments true to their real reactions. For example, you don't have Jin cussing up a storm like Yoongi would, instead youwouldhavehimtalklikethis becausehecantalkkindafastwhenheiscomplainingaboutsomethingand maybe add some head movements for emphasis. Lol

But most of the time it just depends on who's in the scene or close enough to react.

"Where'd you get the idea of every Chapter? And also have you got any writers block? ❤️❤️❤️" Moody_MinYoongi22

Yes, I have writer's block! Even right now!! I'm writing this instead of Chapter 19. I really have no clue what is going to happen next! Send help lolol  /.\

A lot of the time, I don't know what is going to happen in a chapter. I just write until an idea or theme comes to mind. Now that the story is coming to an end, I do have a very loose guide to follow, however, lately, I haven't been following it very well lol.

Now I'm going to tell y'all this because no one has noticed (at least verbally) and it's getting on my nerves lol.

The titles are chosen with a purpose.

We all know Namjoon learned English from watching Friends episodes. Well, the episodes, for those who don't know are titled "The One With [insert topic here]"

So my all my chapter titles are a reference to that little factoid.

In fact, if you keep an eye out, I love sneaking in little obscure references. ❤️❤️❤️

"What's ur name?" mygnation

"Are u a girl?" popper_kpop

As far as I know, I am lol.
