The reason behind "Why?"

I hated every moment there,
"I don't deserve to be here!"
I wanted to scream and shout,
"I want to get out!"
I didn't want something like this,
"It only makes me my old life miss!..."

Back then little did I knew,
I will become brand new-
It changed my mind,
It made me temporarily blind -
It changed my taste,
And my perception's state -

For sometime, it made me a complete emotional mess,
And made me wear fake smiles like some dress-
I had always lived in my prestige,
Now I'm not weak but more kind and meek!
I never saw the world like this-
Maybe that's the reason behind "Why I went through all this?"
