Ready for some more angst? Probably not, because this is the 3rd angst chapter in a row and I've emotionally damaged a few of you judging by the comments...

•he needed a break
•yet he didn't know how to tell you
•maybe it was for the better?
•hours were spent planning it out
•a nice calm date, somewhere with not many people
•flowers as well
•there is a 20% chance of him not showing and making an excuse to why, then breaking up over text
•if he does go, it starts out nice
•small talk, talking about animals, stuff like that
•"y/n, I need to tell you something"
•he is at least nice enough to drop you off at home before leaving

•being a Togami is never easy
•it took him a while to open up to you to begin with
•now he has to close himself off again, and leave
•if you can have children with him or not, he is not allowed any relationship until the next heir is chosen
•if you can actually have kids, he wouldn't want to torture you with talking them away, just for there to be a 99% chance of being left for dead
•even then, it's a slim chance of it happening
•his father forces you apart with lies and random women
•he doesn't want to leave you
•but he knows it will hurt you if he stays
•so he is blunt, doesn't dance around it
•"y/n I'm leaving you. I hope you enjoy your life"

•stress
•he wanted to focus on his work more
•he already saw how much he was working was driving you two apart
•so after some careful thinking he decided it would be best if you broke up
•it took him hours to write a draft of what he would say
•him writing it out just made things worse, you would barely see him
•eventually you would just stop seeing him
•you would be greeted with a single flower on a table, a letter under it
•it was your favorite flower

•he didn't want to break up with you
•he loves you to no end!
•but work stress was getting to him
•he wished he could take some time off just for you
•to play games again, plan dates, have movie nights
•but coding takes a lot of time
•he had to ask Mondo for help
•his mind was everywhere and he couldn't focus on work
•it ended up being a text message
•he was too scared to tell you, to look you in the eyes
•he locked himself away with his work because of how sad he was

•Izuru once again
•he noticed some things in you that were off
•he managed to convince Hajime that a break was needed
•he didn't think so, but he went with it
•after all Izuru is right most of the time
•he did it in a normal way, trying to keep his sass levels down
•just a calm, "y/n, I think we need a small break"
•he was calm and explained his reasons (not Izuru)
•then he just left
