Hello everyone! Thank you for replying to our ad! In case you didn't read the description, here's the low down:
We are currently trying to revamp the Starlight Bookclub in order to have it operational in July. In order to do this however, we need to replenish our ranks of admins; too many have disappeared into the woodwork, never to be seen again!
On a more professional note, here is the current list of admins we need:
- Allocations Admin: Pair users up based on a spreadsheet of users, and ensure that the rules are being followed.
- Acceptance Admins: Go over new applications, and accept new members, updating the spreadsheet for Acceptance Admins to draw from.
- Miscellaneous Admins: Will perform odd jobs around the club, based on a needed basis.
On a final note, please keep in mind that this is a serious position, where you will be required to put in a few hours every week. Please only apply if you have the spare time for the bookclub. If something comes up in the future and you must leave us, we'll understand.
