Jungkook was humming to a song, basically taehyung's favourite song as he kicked a stone and walking somewhere

He suddenly spotted someone looking at him and turned his head towards the side

It was jin

He quickly looked away, probably because he was guilty, ashamed?

He saw jin reaching him so he started walking fast

"Wait" jin called and jungkook had no option but to stop

"Yes?" He said as if nothing was wrong

"I know what you did to taehyung but I am not here to complaint about it" jin said as jungkook was taken aback by the older's words

"Then may I leave?"

"You can just know one thing, taehyung's condition is pretty bad nowadays, he has stopped eating and he keeps asking about you, that when you will come" jin said as jungkook felt his heart crumple at the words

A lump formed in his throat as he looked at jin

"I-is he Okay?" Were his first words, words of real concern

"You don't have to care" jin said and those words felt like an arrow was pricking at his heart

"Please tell me jin" he asked sincerely

"No he's not" jin said straightforwardly

"What happened to my baby?!" He didn't mean to say those words but they came out of nowhere

"You happened to him, and first of all, he's not your baby" jin said totally irritated by his presence

"Now if I may leave, I have to take care of someone who is still waiting for you to come" ouch, that did hurt jungkook

Jin left a stiff jungkook on the road as he proceeded towards taehyung's house

Jungkook sighed as he started to walk again, kicking the same stone, singing the same Melody

He could have just gone to check out taehyung

But why should he?

Taehyung is no one to him
