Yesterday before you bid goodbye
There's no moment for me to cry
Rests were only pauses in between
To the sweetness felt and seen
As the clock ticked too many
Footprints were too far already
Heart couldn't touch anymore
The valentine you said before
Shouts of longing became whisper
Wounds inside became tearless grief
In silence, a solemn prayer
Begging the healing wonder
The picture of you in my mind
Flashes of our kiss and bliss
Thought it will be the crack of doom
Being free from the curse of gloom
The crows became dove already
Void inside were never empty
Roars of thunder found the blue sky
For the heavy rain was too dry
The cobweb may not hear its voice
To explore that life is a choice
Then smoke will just say from afar:
Finally, I am in content
I've had you once in my verve
Too strong that changed the beat of my nerve

The Rhythms Inside
PoetryWe all share hurts and pains but we haven't taken any action yet. So that's why the author created this to somehow cry with you in all your griefs. I don't know what to say anymore. Enjoy :)
