~ Siren's Song ~

Black rain fell and stained little Lover's heart,

The day the Siren called to him,

Is the day Lover came apart.

His heart has been captured,

To hang upon a blood smeared wall,

He is now soulless and life-less,

Awaiting the Siren's enticing call.

His gaze is fixated out past the hungry ocean's mouth,

Searching for a trace of Her,

Desperately crying out.

The concealed moon laughs and laughs,

While little Lover dies,

He will never reach her,

So he eternally closed his eyes.

For the devious Siren had sung to him,

Lured him with her hurricane eyes,

Promising him forever,

Then abandoning him in the tides.
