There is a chance that you, the reader, has realised you may have actually experienced a Kundalini awakening. That, is a wonderful thing.
The thing nobody really tells you about kundalini is that yes, there is an awakening but, once it's awakened it stays awake. You may not notice it but your mind, body and spirit have started to change.
The physical feelings you may experience when it comes to Kundalini will appear and reappear,
this is because kundalini, like most things, goes through expansion and contraction periods. Fluctuations. Times when it is stronger and times when you may notice it less.(All listed below can help to prompt a kundalini awakening)
There are ways you can intensify the flow of kundalini in the body:
• try kundalini yoga (this will also help it flow and balance out so it doesn't feel to intense or overwhelming on the body)
• meditate- this will allow the energy to pass through as the body will be more relaxed. I would meditate lying down for this one.
• try Quigong
• try Tai Chi
• try not to become overwhelmed with life or too stressed
• trust the process
• Trust your guides, spirit team, angels... etc
And remember... the universe has your back.
