Hermione walks all the way to Hogsmeade by herself just thinking and contemplating on how long she can keep up avoing Cormac she can't keep jumping outta windows every time he even tries to talk to her she goes to the three broomsticks and sits in a booth stressed out then a waiter comes to ask for her order

Waiter: would you like anything

Hermione: Hi Yea..um can I just have a water

*The waiter shakes as she goes to the back*

Draco: Hey Granger

Hermione was scared to see Draco sitting on the side of her with a slightly smirk on his face..Hermione turns her head straight again as the waiter comes out with Hermione's water

Waiter: Sir would you like anything

Draco: May I have a..butter beer

*The waiter nods and walks back into the kitchen*

Hermione: So..Malfoy what are you doing here

Draco: I came here to have one of those delicious butter beers..What are you doing here..

Hermione: Well that doesn't concern you

Draco: neither does my reason to be here..only fair if you tell me why you are here

Hermione: I just needed some time alone okay Malfoy

Draco thanks the waiter as she brings out is butterbeer..There was a moment of awkward silence then Draco breaks it

Draco: Actually I went to Gryffindor Common Room and tried to ask Harry or Ron where you would be at but they just tried to beat me up or hurt me so I asked Ginny and she said you might be here..Look Granger I just want be clear with you okay

Hermione: uh okay

Draco: Look Granger I will admit I'm flattered..but you gotta understand Cho and I just broke up and It was only like a day ago so-

Hermione: Malfoy is this your way of trying to reject me

Draco: Yeah because you didn't really give me a chance to explain what I wanted to say back then at-

Hermione: Draco Malfoy I'm am not trying to date you

Draco: Okay But Granger your saying one thing right now but your mouth was saying something else a few minutes ago

Hermione: What?

*Draco takes a gulp of his butter beer*

Hermione: Okay So listen..I don't actually like you Malfoy I just wanted to make it look like I did cause I didn't want someone else to think I liked them

*Draco shakes his head as he wipes the cream from his upper lip*

Draco: Then who

Hermione: pardon

Draco: who

Hermione: none of your business Malfoy..why must I tell you

Draco: Cause Granger If you don't tell me who this mystery mate is then I will go on believing that you have a secret Slytherin tie that says Mrs Malfoy hiding in your drawer

Hermione: absolutely not 

Draco: I guess I can talk to Weasley, Potter and Weaslette about this note

Hermione: Okay..okay fine..Cormac McLaggin

Draco: McLaggin? That keeper on the Gryffindor Quidditch Team
