Highlights: Paced his room for an hour, cried, tried to call his mom, claimed to be having a panic attack but was just scared, considered calling the police.
Richard shows absolutely no skill whatsoever. He has proven what we determined to be true since the beginning - he does not have potential. He did not complete the task, froze up multiple times and yelled at his phone to fight with us. The clean up will take a long time and the police would have caught him if we had not intervened. He shows no potential. He is a waste.
