The tall grass sways with the gentle wind.

The warm spring sun greets me with a welcoming "hello".

The glorious mountains in the distance give a mystical glow of color.

A yellow butterfly flutters above the soft purple flowers.

A beautiful contrast.

The sky is clear and a flawless, vivid shade of blue.

The long skirt beneath me moves with the wind at my ankles.

I am a princess. Living in a perfect world.

Suddenly the sky is overtaken with a flood of threatening grey.

The mountains that once stood so tall and mighty crumble to pieces.

The sun is overtaken by horrifying, black clouds.

The grass at my feet is flattened by the tears of the sky.

The princess that I was fades away.

The sparking crown atop my head vanishes.

The beautiful flowing gown falls, revealing the plain, peasant clothes once more.

Like Cinderella, the clock strikes twelve and I'm an ordinary girl once more.

The world doesn't have a place for such fantasies.

But the world won't take away my dreams.
