I stride furiously away from the boat; that arogant son of a bitch! How dare he? He practically blackmailed me into telling him about my past, made me think that perhaps deep down he isn't a total egotistical jerk and then, then he turns round and acts like we've been talking about the freaking weather. I yank my mobile from my pocket, almost dropping it in my anger, and scroll through the contacts list till I find His name, my one true friend in this place. I press the call button and glare at the tiled floor,

"Hey, Tanais? Yeah it's Kayleigh. Uhuh. No, any chance you could come get me? I need to get away for a while. Thank you!" I hang up the phone and walk purposefully toward the back gate. I stand there for all of 2 seconds before my restless energy forces me to begin the journey to the village on foot. I scowl at the road as I stamp along it, I let loose a scream of frustration and am called abruptly to a halt by the sound of laughter. I turn on the spot to find a pair of warm brown eyes level with my own flashing green ones.

"Woah there red, if you pommel that road any harder there'll be cracks in it." His voice is light as he says it and it's exactly what I need to bring me out of my bad temper. I allow a small smile to greet his words.

"There we go, I think the steam just stopped coming out your ears," he winks before patting the seat behind him. I give the massive hyundi a once over before clambering on behind him. "Hold on tight Red, we're going to have to drive fast to escape that thunder cloud that was following you around." I slide closer to him and snake my arms around his well muscled waist, giggling slightly at the weird vibrations taking place in his chest as he laughs. He revs the engine and we're off. I give an inhaudible gasp as the bike roars and takes off in persuit of some imaginary prey. I woop as the wind tangles in my hair and blows any remaining anger away, leaving only the adrenaline rush behind it. I have to smother a groan when we pull up in the small village, I move as though to swing my leg back over the bike but am stopped by a rather large hand being placed on the bare skin of my leg. The breath catches in my throat as tingling warmth radiates from his touch. Having obviously had the desired effect - a pause in my dismounting off the bike - he jumps down with an effortless grace that only comes with practice, before turning around and placing his hands around my waist and lifting me easily down from the monstrous bike beneath me. He then begins pushing the machine toward a shed of sorts, as he pushes it I can't tear my eyes away from the definition on his upper arms and the decidedly sexy concentration on his face. Glancing over, he notices my ogling, smirks and flexes his arms. I goggle slightly before feigning disinterest, making him grin. I turn away; faking a strop, but this just makes him grin harder,

“So do you like what you see?” he teases as he walks back to me.

“Nah... I’ve seen bigger,” I poke my tongue out at him before twisting away again. At this he reaches over and playfully pushes me, I shove him right back and before I know we are in a full scale play fight, wrestling and throwing punches until he carefully knocks my legs out from beneath me, taking care to absorb our impact on the ground before trying to pin my arms above my head. I wriggle and kick but can't shift his weight from atop me, he places his elbows either side of my head and leans close.

"Do you surender?" We're so close that our noses are almost touching. Tingles eminate from the places our bare skin makes contact, racing up and down my body, nearly making me dizzy as his golden brown eyes burn into my own. I shake my head slightly, afraid that if I spoke our lips might brush. He smiles before lightly rolling off me and pulling me to my feet. I look down at myself; covered in dust from rolling around on the ground and pout at him:
